How do I turn off the previous status update on my facebook account?!?

-What the HELL? When my friend logs onto her facebook account and goes on my page, sometimes it will show in the top right corner, above the regular ads 'previous status updates' and it will show statuses from like over a year ago. I DO NOT WANT THAT. How do I turn that off????You can't turn it off.
