How do i get people to click my ads on my youtube videos?

I recently am partners with youtube and earn reavenu with my videos thru adsense. and i want people to click my ads so i can make tha cash lol , any advice???If you click your own ads, or try to entice people into clicking your ads, you'll be disqualified from partnership. It is against the Adsense policy.
You can't make people click your ads, most people are sick of the ads on you tube.
Ads suck! I often click back if there's an ad on a video
