-I have no problem logging on to my Netflix account, but when I click on "Your Account & Help" I get this error message:
"Netflix Site Error. We were unable to process your request. Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below"
I just created this account a few days ago, and have had this message from the very beginning; I've never been able to access this section at all. I can't even enter my Wii activation code to start watching with that device! I suppose this is also the section that I need to access if I want to cancel Netflix too. I've tried on 2 different computers, used Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome and nothing lets me in to "Your Account & Help".
Anyone else dealing with the same issue? What is the problem here? Is it my computers? Or is Netflix down? What is it??
