Internet explorer wont open?

-I uninstalled IE8 and when i open IE6 says windows cannot access the specified device,path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. How do i fix it was doing the same thing with IE8You'll have to find a way to reinstall IE6.



However, Internet Explorer is loaded with bugs and security holes. It's the most untrusted Web browser in the world. I would recommend installing a different Web browser. Whether it's Chrome, Firefox or Opera, you're better off using something else. Seriously. I'm a man of options, but in this case, I have to recommend against IE.
Step 1: Open a blank page in Internet Explorer

Step 2: Remove temporary Internet files, browsing history data, and Web form data

Step 3: Start Internet Explorer in "No Add-ons" mode

Step 4: Use another user name to log on to Windows

Step 5: Enable or disable software rendering

Step 6: Reset Internet Explorer settings

Your IE needs to be reinstalled so that all the problems can be fixed. If there is no way to do so or fix your problem then have a look @ http://www.vtechsquad.com and fix it with their help!!!
Download google crome. and just keep google crome its way better and faster.
