How can I write on my pictures to put on Facebook?

-Ok so I always see pictures of people and say their best friends. And somewhere on the picture it says me and my bestie or (name<3) and (name<3) and its always in coool writing. I really wanna learn how to do it. Please help:))Go to Photobucket.com
