Friend's gf added me on FB ... awkward? Please read?

-My guy friend's girlfriend added me on Facebook. What makes this weird is that she blocked her wall and her photos from me. oookay? Weird right? She added me to stalk me I guess, which is annoying. I'm not sure what I should do. Should I bring this up to my friend? I'm not sure if he knows that she did this. Should I just delete her? That would be awkward if I run into her since we have several friends in common. Help? I don't want her on my friends list to just stalk me .... and it's clear she does not consider me a "friend" because I can't even see her wall!When my friend got her first facebook, I couldn't see her wall for the first few days... maybe she really DOES want to be friends... you never know
