Can I Use Old Game Music in YouTube Videos?

-For instance, I would like to use the soundtrack from UbiSoft's game "Rayman 2: The Great Escape" which was released in 1999. However, I fear that I should have to pay royalties to UbiSoft if I use their soundtrack.

On the other hand, the soundtrack was never officially released and somewhere I read that video game soundtracks are considered as 'abandonware' which is disregarded by the courts.

I live in the UK, not the US, if that makes any difference.i remember reading something about game music, and it said that if any type of music was made by someone then you should credit to them, and it counts as copyrighted, thats all i know, btw rayman ftw :L
